It is a good practice to publish all your PowerApps regularly as sometimes the enhancements/features don;t show up until you publish the app.
You can use Flow and the “PowerApps for App Makers” connector to publish your apps on a regular basis. ( I do it on a monthly basis)

Hi. Thanks for this. This option does not seem to save the changes made, although it does publish the app, is there a way to automate saving the changes made in the app before it publish the app
